Based on the book, The Woman in 31,
it took over a year to write this course - I needed time to develop deep into each area.
My hope is it will reach the centre of real-life issues — to give space for deeper reflection and honest growth.
This journey is about discovering who you are at this transition in your Life and finding the path God has set in-front of you, at your own pace.
This process takes time and patience with yourself.
I’m a reflective thinker by nature and have learned to look for the many ways God chooses to speak. I’ve learned not to limit Him. Scripture reminds us that God is revealed through His creation — and I’ve found that to be true in the most unexpected ways.
I remember once, during a difficult season, driving past a billboard that read: “Don’t give up on your dreams.” It was such a simple message, yet I knew in that moment God was speaking directly to me. The simplicity became powerful.
So, as you walk through this journey, allow yourself time to digest, reflect, pause, re-sketch your path.
Below are a few of the 22 areas you will journey at your own pace.
Discovering Identity: Where Am I Now?
Exploring transitions, for example — motherhood, divorce, career change, loss and spiritual turning points.
Rebuilding Connections: Coming Home to Yourself.
Helping you to find wholeness, restoration and hope. Helping you to reconnect with God and yourself after burnout, loss, or people-pleasing seasons.
Building a New Beginning: Releasing the Past.
Healing and letting go of the past are key spiritual and emotional desires. “A new beginning” speaks to restoration and fresh starts.
My desire is to inspire and empower you to live your best lives — with purpose, confidence, and trust.
We are all on a journey, and we connect at different stages along the way.
At each stage, God has already equipped you with everything you need to walk forward with strength and dignity.
I’ve experienced this truth personally and, it’s my hope to encourage and inspire you on your unique journey.
